Welcome to Les Ami de Curnonsky Japon, non-profit organisation.
Our aim is to promote and expand French cuisine in Japan among everyone who is interested in gastronomy, including both professionals and amateurs.
This organization was established in 1993, as a Japanese branch of Les Amis de Curnonsky in France. Our organization has been established for 14 years. In 2007, we re-organized into a non-profit organization.
We organize activities all year round, including various seminars about French cuisine, cooking lessons, and dinners with specific themes, to deepen the knowledge about French gastronomy for a wide audience.
We are very excited to provide these opportunities.
